So much has changed since I’ve published my last blog entry 6 (SIX!!!!) years ago, so here are just a few updates:
- after chatting with a lovely bunch of trans and non binary people for my project Anima Animus, I’ve noticed some similarities, so I’ve started questioning my gender and eventually I’ve come out as a non binary trans person (they, them pronouns in English, lui in Italian pls)
- I’ve moved back to my hometown, Rome
- I’ve finally stopped assisting to focus on my photography full time (with a long hiatus in the middle)
I have decided to start a blog on my new website, while importing some of the old entries from my previous blog because I still found them somewhat informative.
Hopefully I’ll manage to write a bit more often than once every few years!
My plan is to keep you, my three readers, updated with my latest projects and to share pictures as I take them.
I would also like to periodically (once a week?) delve in my archives to share an old picture and its story.
Nowadays I shoot digital almost as much, if not more, than film (I know, shock horror for the purists!), so I should be able to upload work a bit more consistently than before.
